Sharon is a magnificent writer. Sami’s Christmas Wish List follows the main character, Sami who is struggling in high school and is pregnant. She’s also having thoughts of terminating the pregnancy. Sami soon meets Travis who also has his own problems but wants to make life better for others which I love about his character, made him noble to me. A romance blooms between Sami and Travis, both helping each other grow as people. Sharon’s Sami’s Christmas Wish List is makes you think about what teen pregnancy is like and how adults perceive it. Those who love young adult romance will find the love between the characters heartwarming, but beautiful.
